At Greyfriars Beds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return an item if all of the following conditions are met:
The item is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging
The item is in resellable condition
You provide proof of purchase such as an order confirmation or invoice
The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order
Items that are used, assembled, damaged by the customer, or returned outside the 14-day period are not eligible for a refund.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom or made-to-order products
Assembled or installed furniture
Items marked as final sale or clearance
3. Return Process – Step by Step
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us at support@greyfriarsbeds.shop within 14 days of delivery
Include your order number and reason for return
If the item is damaged or incorrect, include clear photos
We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions
Repack the item securely in its original packaging
Return the item using a trackable delivery service to the address provided by our support team
Please do not return items without prior authorisation.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.
6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@greyfriarsbeds.shop.
If an order has already been dispatched, it must be returned following the return process above.
